We’re proud to have collaborated with national organizations, wellness and education partners, and school districts to support programs that help students, educators, and school communities thrive.

Skills-based health education

Help students build skills for life.

Strong health education is not just about giving students information. It is about helping them use that information to make thoughtful decisions, communicate clearly, access valid resources, analyze influences, set goals, practice advocacy, and support their own well-being. Level Up Health Education helps teachers design lessons that move from knowing to doing.

Turn Standards Into Practice

The National Health Education Standards can provide a powerful foundation for curriculum and instruction. But standards only matter when teachers know how to bring them to life. Level Up Health Education helps educators unpack standards, identify meaningful learning targets, design aligned activities, and create assessments that support real student growth.

A practical path forward

Support for health educators, schools, districts, and curriculum teams.

Whether you need a single workshop, a customized PD series, curriculum feedback, or instructional coaching, Level Up Health Education can help you build a stronger health education program.

Matt Hagedorn
Jeff’s Level Up newsletter always hits the mark. It’s one of the few resources out there that feels truly written by a health teacher for health teachers. The ideas are creative, practical, and easy to apply, and I always walk away with something I can use right away in my classroom. His honest, down-to-earth voice makes it a must-read every month. Appreciate all the work you put into it, Jeff — it really makes a difference. —Matt Hagedorn Elementary/Middle/ High School Health Teacher (5-8 This year- HS next year)
